Not every product is suitable for injection moulding. That is why, through our network of specialised manufacturing partners, we also offer alternative production technologies such as extrusion, thermoforming, rotational moulding and blow moulding. The 4-Phase Roadmap
Research phase
Through a structured analysis, we clearly define your product requirements, market demands and technical constraints. Based on these insights, we develop a comprehensive requirements specification that forms the foundation for a technically feasible, cost-effective and commercially successful product.
Concept design phase
Based on the requirements specification, we develop one or more design concepts. Functionality, design, material selection and manufacturability are carefully balanced to create a technically feasible, cost-effective and scalable design.
Detailed design & validation phase
The design is further developed into a production-ready model. Through prototyping and testing, we validate that all functional, technical and commercial requirements have been met. Once approved, the design is released for production.
Industrialisation & production phase
Following design approval, we begin the industrialisation of your product. Tooling development, mould trials and the start of series production are carefully managed to ensure efficient manufacturing and consistent product quality.
