Series Production
After successful validation we start series production. Using injection moulding and other suitable production techniques we manufacture high-quality plastic and rubber components with an optimal balance between quality, cost and delivery reliability.
Alternative Techniques
Not every product is suitable for injection moulding. Through our network of specialised production partners we also offer alternative production techniques such as extrusion, vacuum forming, rotational moulding and blow moulding. This ensures the most suitable and cost-efficient production method for your application.
Printing, Assembly & Packaging

The 4-Phase Roadmap
Research phase
Through a structured analysis we clearly map out your product requirements, market demands and technical boundary conditions. Based on this we draw up a Programme of Requirements that serves as the foundation for the development of a technically feasible, cost-efficient and successful end product.
Concept design phase
Based on the Programme of Requirements we develop one or more design concepts. Functionality, styling, material choice and manufacturability are carefully balanced to arrive at a technically feasible, cost-efficient and future-proof design.
Definitive design phase
The design is developed into a production-ready model. Using prototypes we verify whether the design meets the defined requirements. After successful validation and approval, the design is released for production.
Realisation phase
After design approval we start the industrialisation of your product. Mould construction, trial shots and the start-up of series production are carefully supervised, so that you are assured of efficient production and consistent product quality.
